BetterWorld ("we", "us") is based in Singapore. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Demo requests. When you request a demo we ask for your name, work email, company, role and (optionally) the ESG standards you work with. Submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, our form-processing provider.
• Scheduling. If you book a time, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which receives the name and email you provide to confirm the meeting.
• Email. If you write to team@betterworld.com.sg, we keep the correspondence.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule and run the demo you asked for.
• To follow up about BetterWorld if you have expressed interest.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Third-party processors

Formspree (form delivery) and Calendly (scheduling) process the details you submit on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Videos and fonts on this site are served from our own domain and Google Fonts respectively.

Retention and your choices

We keep contact details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and reasonable follow-up. Email team@betterworld.com.sg at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will act on the request promptly in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Client documents

This policy covers the marketing site. Documents uploaded to the BetterWorld product are governed by the product terms agreed with your organisation: they are encrypted in transit and at rest, are never used to train models, and live in your isolated workspace.
